The new girl-a photo story

Hi girls! Okay, I haven't posted in so long, I could kick myself. So my grandpa came over for Christmas, and for my present, he gave me 50 dollars. And of course I said, "Let's go to the American girl store!" I got one thing, and one thing only. I bet you can guess what it is from the title.

I got...

Wait for it...

Keep waiting...

*grins evilly*

Keep on waiting...

Are you ready?

Now for the photo story...

Hi! I'm Julie Albright, as you all know. Mom said I should do a post introducing myself, so here I am! I'm at my new house, and soon I'm going to meet my new sisters!

I walk up to the huge front door.

I knock.

The door is opened by a girl that looks Asian with earrings.

"Hi, I'm Julie," I say. "I think I'm your new sister."

The girl gasps. "Your finally here!" She squeals.

"My name's Carmen." she says, grabbing my hand.

As Carmen pulls me inside, she says, "You are going to love living here, Julie. Our sisters are so nice, and we live with our cousins too!" "I hope so," I say, squeezing her hand.

We walk into a large room. Three girls are talking together.

"Hi everybody!" Carmen says. "This is Julie, our new sister!"
"I can't believe it!" a dark-skinned girl exclaims. "It's been ages since Mom told us we would be getting a new sister!"

"It's nice to meet you all!" I say, waving.

"It's just so exciting to have you here!" the girl says. "My name is Kaya. Do you mind if I give you a welcome-home hug?"

"Sure, Kaya. I love hugs." I say, extending my arms.

We hug each other tightly.

Yep! I most definitely got Julie Albright! She's just so beautiful, and I love her collection.

A little exploring with Mini Caroline

Hi, everybody! Today Mini Caroline wanted to go exploring and I took some pics.
I'll just hand it over to her now...

Hello, fans! It's Mini Caroline, exploring the wide, wide world! (Recently I got a pet mouse named Smudge so she will be showing up here too!)

So here I am, ready to explore the huge place known as the front porch!

I walk a little ways then am confronted by a giant wall.

I start climbing...

And climbing...

And climbing...

...I finally reach the top. Wow, I can see so far! I feel like climbing more things. Hmmm, what about that tree over there?

I have to take multiple rests, and me and Smudge take a few tumbles, but we don't give up.

Almost there...

YEAH! I'M AT THE TOP!!!! (Well, not really, but IT'S AWESOME!!)

Then I climb down and come face to face with a humongous THING.

''Excuse me,'' I say.

Suddenly it attacks Smudge!!

I snatch up Smudge and run for my life.

(Mini Caroline hiding from the thing)

I hope you enjoyed Mini Caroline's adventure! (Better expect more from her.)

Thanksgiving with the dolls

Happy late Thanksgiving! By the way, I'm so sorry I disappeared for like a month. We were pretty busy for a long time.

So here are the dolls enjoying a thanksgiving picnic. I didn't have a table so we had to make do with a blanket.

Hi! Do you like my new hat? Mom got it for me at the American girl store.

Carmen, I am trying to do a post here.

Hello! I'm Mini Caroline! I-

Stop it.

Hey! I want to talk. Nobody even knows about me yet!

Just stop.

I guess I will introduce Mini Cecile before she interrupts to tell everyone about herself.

Hi! Mom, can I have a cookie?

I don't even have a cookie!

Okay, fine.

This is yummy!

I guess they all felt talkative.

the tsums introduction

Hi! Wow, I am so tired. We were at Disney world for a whole week. It was awesome! Buuuut, the tsums need an introduction, so I might as well introduce them. What are tsums, you ask? Their  just the cutest, funniest, awesomest toys ever! I own Rey, Mickey, Yoda, and Stitch.:)

Here are my tsums practicing a cheerleading formation,

And a tower.

They didn't do very well.

Here they are exploring the giant chair. (Stitch can't seem to climb up.)

Above all, they are cute, lovable, adventurous little toys and I'm really glad that Emma introduced them to me.

Think to Ink Writing Camp-first entry

I KNOW, I'VE BEEN A HORRIBLE BLOGGER LATELY. Please don't get mad at me! We've been really busy getting ready for...
MY TRIP TO DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still can't believe it!
To explain the title, I signed up for a writing camp hosted by Grace. Grace, I used all three prompts and my team logo.(I'll underline the prompts.) By the way, I'm on Team Quill. :)

Let's begin!
My day began as usual. My parents fighting. ''They shouldn't go to public school anymore. Those people aren't any good!'' ''They have to! Do you want them to be friendless?'' and on and on. ''Do you think their going to get divorced?'' my older sister Tracy whispered to me. ''I hope not.'' I answered. In truth, I loved both my parents a lot, but they were really different. Dad was loud and crazy in a good way, while Mom was more quiet. ''Mom, can we go to the mall now?'' Tracy yelled, interrupting my thoughts. ''Sure. Be careful!'' Mom yelled back. We got into Tracy's new car and drove off. Mom let us go to the mall every Saturday. Tracy was silent the whole way there. ''What's wrong, Trace?'' I asked as we got out of the car. She sighed and looked at me. ''I just don't think I could handle it if Mom and Dad get divorced, but I'm sure they can't avoid it.'' ''That's not true! They can't get divorced now!'' I cried, mostly trying to convince myself. Tracy just shook her head. We browsed the mall in silence, then went to the park. I walked around a little bit, then went to the bridge. I found Tracy leaning on the rail of the bridge, staring off into space.
"Tracy?", I said softly. She whipped her head around, startled. "Oh, it's you..." she said, and resumed her position. "What are you looking at?", I asked. "Oh nothing", she replied. "Tracy, you're a really bad liar." "I'm not lying!" replied Tracy. "Ok, fine, I'm looking at a really weird tree. It kind of looks like a person." I looked closer and saw the tree in the distance. It really did look like a fat old man with a large knobby nose. "I think I'll go check it out." said Tracy. "Umm....Ok, I'll come with you." We crossed the bridge and ran over to the tree. It looked even stranger up close. Suddenly, Tracy got a call on her phone. "Hello? Oh, OK Mom, we will be back soon." "What did she say?" I asked. "She said it's getting late and we need to get back home for dinner" Tracy replied. We both walked to the car, hopped in and drove home. When we got home, Dads truck was gone. "Where is Dad, is he going to have dinner with us?" I asked Mom. She never spoke, never made a sound, but the look in her eyes told me exactly what was about to happen.
Tracy stood up, knocking over a chair in the process, and rushed out of the house. I heard a door slam and a car speeding away. Mom, suddenly looked very tired. Mom and I sat and ate in silence. "Go to bed now Mia." she said. I slowly climbed the stairs to my room and tumbled into bed. What felt like moments later, but was probably hours, something woke me up. I went to my window and pushed back the curtain.

I saw the tree from the park, in my front yard. I rubbed my eyes and looked again, but yes, it looked exactly like that old tree. I also saw Tracy standing under the tree. As I watched, two people came out of the woods and waved Tracy over to them. After talking to them, Tracy went with them to the tree and disappeared inside it.

How did you like that?(And YES, Carmen is dressed as Rey!)
